BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release Community Breathwork

BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release Community Breathwork

Experience the healing power of breathwork live and online.

As part of the BBTRS® faculty, I love offering these free gatherings designed to support nervous system regulation, embodiment, and emotional release through the power of the breath.

What You’ll Experience

Each free session is a live, guided breathwork practice grounded in the BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® (BBTRS). This approach gently supports you to:

  • Come into deeper connection with your body through breath, felt sense, and movement
  • Explore specific regions of the body where tension and emotion are often stored
  • Cultivate awareness of physical sensations, emotions, and energetic patterns
  • Learn how to unwind chronic tension and interrupt stress-based holding patterns
  • Open to more vitality, presence, and aliveness
  • Release unresolved trauma from the nervous system—safely and gradually

No prior experience with breathwork is necessary. Whether you’re new to somatic healing or a seasoned practitioner, these sessions offer a supportive space to reconnect with your body and access the innate intelligence of your breath.

You’ll Leave Feeling

  • More grounded and present
  • Energized, yet calm
  • In touch with your emotions (without being overwhelmed by them)
  • Connected to your body, intuition, and inner guidance
  • Clearer in mind and softer in heart

Why Breathwork?

Breathwork is a powerful trauma-informed practice that supports nervous system healing at its roots. By combining conscious breathing with body awareness and movement, BBTRS® allows you to safely process and release stored tension and trauma without needing to relive the past.
